.jpg 1.概述：　　該系統(tǒng)用于單、三相電機(jī)、家用電器電機(jī)、電動工具電機(jī)、分馬力電機(jī)定子嵌線后、總裝前的綜合質(zhì)量控制，特別適用于各類單相電機(jī)定子繞組測試：多速、l、t型繞組。系統(tǒng)采用奔騰級工控機(jī)主控,雙工位自動測試夾具，測試速度快，一次裝夾，即可完成全部測試項(xiàng)目，并對測試結(jié)果自動進(jìn)行分析、判斷，并具存儲、打印、報(bào)表等功能。
2.測試項(xiàng)目及精度：繞組直流電阻測試 0.05-2kω， 精度:0.2級， (環(huán)境溫度自動補(bǔ)償)
絕緣電阻測試 0-500mω，精度:5.0級
工頻耐壓試驗(yàn) 0-3000vac,(全自動調(diào)壓) 泄漏電流:0-20ma,(自動扣除本底泄漏) 精度:2.0級
沖擊匝間絕緣 0-3000vp,(全自動調(diào)壓) 視在波前時(shí)間，0.5μs， 1/200匝相鄰短路情況自動報(bào)警
旋向測試 自動判定磁場旋轉(zhuǎn)方向
電感測試 0.002～20h, 精度：0.2級
電流平衡測試 0～600a； 精度：0.5級
