石榴石介紹
登封楓林石榴石是一種島狀結(jié)構(gòu)的鋁(鈣)鹽硅酸，又名為“玉砂”或“天然金剛砂”，它耐磨性強、熔點高、比重大、性能穩(wěn)定、色多優(yōu)美，目前，經(jīng)高純磁造出的有灰、紅、綠、白等多種染色體，是新開發(fā)的立體噴墻涂料，還是玻殼廠唯一能做彩殼噴砂耐磨料，由于它內(nèi)部化學分子多、化學穩(wěn)定性好，也常常被做為過濾介質(zhì)凈水濾料。

? ? ? 3、石榴石濾料的多面體特點能夠保證不同顆粒之間，比其他濾料普通圓形或者橢圓形的顆粒之間，能產(chǎn)生更多的空隙，可起到更好的過濾效果。
? ? ? 4、石榴石濾料的生產(chǎn)過程經(jīng)過4次破碎、6遍水洗、3遍磁選、4遍篩分，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量上乘、穩(wěn)定，不含可見泥土、粉屑、云母或其他有機或有害雜質(zhì)，完全符合水處理濾料標準cj/t43-2005的相關(guān)要求。
石榴石磨料產(chǎn)品應用
石榴石系屬硅酸鹽類礦物，經(jīng)過水力精心篩選，機械加工，篩選分級等方法制成的耐磨材料，主要用于
? ? ?1、表面處理磨料：用于碳鋼、不銹鋼、鋁、銅、玻璃、橡膠、塑料、木材、石材、陶瓷鈦、frp/grp等材料的表面處理。如：器物噴涂、電鍍前的表面預處理；光飾處理；鑄件、加工件去除毛刺和加工痕跡；防腐工程等。
? ? ?2、水切割磨料：主要作為水刀切割介質(zhì)，用于各種精密切割。
? ? ?3、耐磨地坪：?購物中心、大型超市、人行道、停車場、生產(chǎn)車間、機器維修車間、倉庫等耐磨地坪。
