各種橡膠、硅膠墊片、圓形、橢圓形、矩形筒狀產(chǎn)品的快速精密切割成型。

1、可將原始單腔模或一模多腔制作的截面為矩形的產(chǎn)品（如墊圈）通過改模具，將產(chǎn)品
    做成一模一腔，成型為筒狀的產(chǎn)品，利用本產(chǎn)品等距切割成型，可大大提高效率（節(jié)
    省多腔填料，單個(gè)產(chǎn)品修邊工時(shí)，解放勞動(dòng)力）提高產(chǎn)品精度（因多型腔的差異，模
    具老化造成的產(chǎn)品差異），可大大節(jié)省多模腔廢邊材料。
2、采用程序控制自動(dòng)脫卸料系統(tǒng)，減少了以前需要更換夾具來完成卸料過程的繁瑣。
3、采用日本精密滾珠絲桿及原裝導(dǎo)軌，配合進(jìn)口伺服控制系統(tǒng)、伺服電機(jī)、進(jìn)口變頻器、
    plc控制，精度可靠。精確控制切割膠圈的尺寸，達(dá)到切口平整，沒有刀痕，切割表
    面光潔，特別適合切割較深的墊圈。
4、采用液晶觸摸屏控制，所有切割參數(shù)一目了然，操作極其簡單易懂。所有電器部件、
    氣動(dòng)元件均采用國內(nèi)知名品牌產(chǎn)品，以確保整機(jī)長久使用的穩(wěn)定性及可靠性。
5、多軸切割機(jī)每次可同時(shí)切割多組工件，使得生產(chǎn)效率大大提高，減低工廠的生產(chǎn)成本。
